Miller-Uibo claims back-to-back golds, Felix wins 10th medal

Shaunae Miller-Uibo won the women’s 400-meter final for the second consecutive Olympic Games, making her the second in history to accomplish the feat. Meanwhile, USA’s Allyson Felix won her tenth medal.
