The Freedom Library hosts Constitutional discussion
Freedom Library founder Howard Blitz says this one document affects everyone, American or not
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The United States Constitution is by far one of the most important documents. It's the very blueprint that the United States of America is crafted from.
Immigration, healthcare, and foreign policy are just a few of the hot-button issues that are leading the water-cooler discussions. So, Freedom Library founder Howard Blitz wanted to open the floor to a discussion, starting with the one document that started it all.
On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 6 p.m.-8 p.m the library will open its doors and present a 2-hour presentation. The free event will start off with a video of KrisAnne Hall a Constitutional Attorney and then open the floor to a discussion.
Tuesday's discussion will start the Freedom Library's 5-week discussion series.
Those interested in attending can visit the Freedom Library at 2035 S. Arizona Avenue or take part via zoom. Although the event is free, Blitz is asking for a donation of a canned food item, which in turn will be donated to the Crossroads Mission.
