YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) has named Matthew Kelly as the new Fire Chief after serving as Interim Chief for the past six months.

Kelly has been with the YPG Fire Department for six years and previously served as Deputy Fire Chief.
