YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - This week's Military Matters spotlights U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Eric Danisa.

He joined the Airborne Test Force at Yuma Proving Ground while originally being from Johnson, New York.

Now he's a shop foreman and test jumper, serving the U.S. since 2006.

He's earned awards such as the Meritorious Service Ribbon, Army Commendation Medal and several others.
