A local favorite blossoms during the season of love

KYMA

Yuma's own The Peanut Patch specializes in treats and special gifts.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - To call The Peanut Patch one of the area's best-kept secrets would be a lie. The local shop is bustling from open until closing time.

The Peanut Patch specializes in almost anything and everything that is sweet. From Jelly Beans to fresh fudge, there's always something for everyone.

On a personal note, I visit The Peanut Patch ever so often, one of my favorite purchases is their custom "Cow Patties" a large chunk of fudge molded to look like, well a cow patty, always the perfect white elephant gift.

I along with several other patrons visit them each February 14th, to get my hands on their delicious chocolate-covered strawberries. The small treats are perfect gifts for just about anyone.

The strawberries have been one of the small shops' most popular items. They're sold in both white and traditional and they even offer a sugar-free alternative.

Along with their chocolate-covered strawberries, they also offer gift baskets filled with their popular nuts, clusters, and of course their fudge.

The Peanut Patch is located on County 13th just east of Avenue 4E. And, if you haven't ordered your strawberries, no need to worry they'll be selling them all day Valentine.
