Pet Talk: Meet Frankie

An adorable pup who is looking for a forever home.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - It's time to meet our pet of the week. 

Meet Frankie! 

Frankie is a one-year-old, neutered male Chihuahua mix who weighs 12 pounds and has been in the shelter since March. 

Frankie is a very independent and nervous guy, but once you take the time to get to know him, he warms right up, and is very sweet. 

He also loves to sit on laps and be held, gets along well with other small dogs, but he does have a preference for calmer females. 

Frankie's favorite thing to do is snuggle up in a big, soft bed with a blanket. 

Frankie requires a calm home with no kids that allows him to explore his surroundings and people at his own pace and let him have his quiet lap time!
