Local non-profit to host comedy night in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A night of laughter is coming to Yuma.

Local non-profit, Merry Heart Incorporated is hosting a comedy featuring comedian Don Friesen and his "Laughter Works like Medicine" show.

The event is next Saturday, March 15 at the Historic Yuma Theater.

The president of Merry Heart says it's a family-friendly show filled with laughs and inspiration.

"He is in line with our mission of merry heart which is a brink inspire, motivate, encourage, and bring joy and laughter to humanity and that's what don is about, I'm excited about him being in yuma," said Richard Marsh, Merry Heart Inc. president.
