Pet Talk: Meet Buddha
A sweet and loving dog
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Meet our pet of the week Buddha!
Buddha is a 10-year-old senior male pit bull terrier who is an absolute gem.
He is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and gets along great with other dogs.
Being an older dog, Buddha has a very calm demeanor and adores any and all affection he can get.
Buddha also enjoys meeting new people and absolutely loves spending time splashing around in his wading pool.
Buddha has been at the shelter since June and would like nothing more than a good home where he can live out his golden years.
Come visit Buddha and all his furry friends at the Humane Society of Yuma located at 4050 S. Avenue 4 1/2 E, or call (928) 782-1621.
Humane Society of Yuma (HSOY) is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
If you want to give Buddha or any animal at the Humane Society a good home you can contact or visit the Humane Society of Yuma today.
The HOSY is above max capacity and desperately needs to free up shelter space.
They are still running a āName your Priceā adoption special.
You choose the adoption fee but as a non-profit they ask that named prices be at least $5 or more.
The adoption special excludes puppies, specialty breeds and licensing fees.
