CBS 13 Sports: Wildcats advance to Sweet 16 with win over Utah State

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Arizona Wildcats topped the Utah State Aggies 78-66 to advance to the Sweet 16 against the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The Cats started to pull away in the first 10 minutes of the second half, but a run sparked by a few Drake Allen jumpers made it a close game down the stretch.

Ultimately it was a deep Brayden Burries three-pointer that served as the dagger en route to the 12-point victory. The freshman continues to impress in the Big Dance, scoring 16 points in the contest.

Jaden Bradley led all scorers with 18 points.

Arizona takes on Arkansas at 6:45 p.m. MST on Thursday.
