CBS 13 Sports: Wildcats men’s basketball gets second win over Sun Devils this season

Arizona Men's and Women's Basketball both pick up wins against Cochise.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Arizona picks up its 22nd win with an 87-74 road victory over the rival Sun Devils. All Wildcat starters scored in double figures, but Koa Peat led the way with 21 points.

Arizona State falls to 2-7 in conference play with the loss.

Arizona Western women's basketball kicked off the afternoon at "The House" with a 67-56 win over Cochise. Chen Pan, Kimora Jenkins, Mable Doumbia and Marta Vieira all scored double-digits.

On the men's side, it also resulted in a victory over Cochise by a score of 107-88. Matt Anglo, Marsai Mason and Engel Gutierrez all scored 20 or more points.
