CBS 13 SPORTS: Spartans girls soccer dominates Holtville to open season

HOLTVILLE, Calif. (KYMA) - Central opened the winter soccer season with a dominant 5-0 win over Holtville, powered by sharp passing, airtight defense, and a clean sheet from goalkeeper Paula Lopez.

Despite a stronger second half from Vikings keeper Genevieve Torres, Holtville couldn't break through as the Spartans controlled the match from start to finish.
