NBC 11 Sports: Cibola’s Lastra signs to run at Central Arizona College

Raider's track and cross country star is taking his talent to the next level

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Cibola's Caius Lastra signed his letter of intent to run track and cross country at Central Arizona College.

The Arizona Western Lady Matadors punched their ticket to the NJCAA bracket as a 17 seed and will face 16 seed New Mexico. The winner will play top seeded Butler in the next round.

Sticking with basketball, the University of Arizona Wildcats drew the No. 1 seed out of the West Region and will play the Long Island University Sharks in the first round of the NCAA bracket on Friday at 10:35 in the morning.
