Both the Tigers and the Scots were in shootout wins, setting up an all-valley championship match up, Shamrocks advance to 3A volleyball playoffs

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Yuma Catholic Shamrocks beat ALA-Ironwood in straight sets in the 3A Conference Play-In on Tuesday night at Carol McElhaney Gym.

In the Valley, Calipatria lost in three sets to the St. Joseph Academy Crusaders. Their loss will put a wrap on the volleyball season in the Imperial Valley.

On the field, the Imperial Tigers beat the San Marcos Knights 34-33 in a shootout and Vincent Memorial edged out the Poway Titans 21-20 to set up an all-valley championship match on Saturday at Escondido High School.
