The Wildcats held their ground, beating the Vikings 3-1 in Thursday's volleyball showdown for the top spot of the IVL

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Brawley Wildcats defended their home court against the Holtville Vikings last night in a 3-1 back-and-forth battle in a game that would decide the outright winner of the Imperial Valley League.

Yuma Catholic Swim won the Colorado Rive Invitational despite having 12 teams on their roster. The girls have grown not only in the pool but as a group.

Friday Night Lights returns Friday night at 10:15 p.m.
