NBC 11 Sports: Gila Ridge Golf Boosters host Birdie Bash, AWC women’s soccer continues great start to season

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Gila Ridge Golf Boosters hosted its first ever Birdie Bash at Mesa Del Sol Golf Course and raised over $5,000 to fund travel expenses and new equipment.

Arizona Western women's soccer defeats Northern Idaho to move to 2-0 on the season.

They face Snow College in their next matchup on August 30.
