Yuma Fight League to host private event for MCAS

YFL's ninth event comes with a twist

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Yuma Fight League is set to return for its ninth event, bringing a unique twist to its latest showcase.

The promotion announced that its upcoming event, YFL MCAS, will take place Friday, May 29, at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma. The card will feature a private viewing for members of the U.S. Marine Corps stationed at the base.

While the event will not be open to the public, the organization is still looking to fill out its fight card.

Yuma Fight League is currently seeking fighters interested in competing at the event. Prospective participants are encouraged to reach out through the promotion’s Instagram page at yumafightleague with your name, date of birth, weight class, official record and designation as either a professional or amateur fighter.

The event marks another step forward for the local promotion as it continues to grow its presence in the Yuma combat sports scene.
