Trivium Prep shuts out Antelope 46-0 to close regular season

WELLTON, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Trivium Prep Crimson Knights dominated Antelope Thursday night, rolling to a 46-0 victory over the Rams at Buckeye Field.

Trivium Prep wasted little time extending its early lead. Already up 6-0, the Crimson Knights handed the ball to Benjamin Wolfley on the second play of the series.

Wolfley broke through the line, shed a tackle and raced down the sideline for a touchdown. Trivium Prep converted the two-point attempt to take a 14-0 lead.

Antelope responded with some hard-nosed running of its own. Train Figueroa powered through a Crimson Knights defender on a fourth-down keeper to pick up a crucial first down.

His running mate Ethan Farnsworth followed with another physical run, running through a defender for a short gain.

Despite the Rams' efforts, Trivium Prep controlled the rest of the night. The Crimson Knights added another touchdown through the air and continued to build their lead en route to the 46-0 shutout.

Antelope finished the season 3-6, including a forfeit victory over Tonopah Valley.
