Kofa and Verrado go scoreless in defensive battle on the pitch

The Kings and Vipers go the distance without finding the back of the net, resulting in a 0-0 tie

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Kofa Kings and Verrado Vipers tied 0-0 in a contest that went the distance to double overtime in the Kingdom on Monday night.

The two playoff hopefuls exchanged defensive blows throughout the night, keeping the ball out of the net.

Both teams still only have one loss, with the Kings sitting at 6-1-2 on the young season.

They face Cesar Chavez this Wednesday at 6 p.m.
