The Kings defended the Kingdom against the Raiders

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Kofa Kings beat the Cibola Raiders in an offensive 4-2 battle.

The Kings jumped out to a 1-0 lead backed by an Ivan Lopez Escobedo header, but the Raiders were quick to tie it up.

Off a cross, Ernesto Morales connected with Angel Becerra on a header who buried the goal to level the score at one.

Later in the half, Kofa kept the pressure on with a throw-in, and the ball found the foot of Rodriguez Ulloa, who fired a shot off the post for the beauty.

The Kings would go into the break up 3-1, but the game would draw final at 4-2.

Kofa will host Gila Ridge next Tuesday, while Cibola continues their road trip to Williams Field on Monday.
