BLYTHE, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The Central Spartans' baseball season came to an end Saturday with a 7-3 playoff loss to Palo Verde Valley.

The Central Spartans' baseball season came to an end Saturday with a 7-3 playoff loss to Palo Verde Valley.

Despite hopes of making a postseason run, Central couldn't overcome the Yellow Jackets on the road. The Spartans finish their season at 11-18.

Palo Verde Valley improves to 16-13-1 and moves on in the postseason bracket.
