Gila Ridge Unified Track finishes 4th at State Championships

MESA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A big congratulations to the Gila Ridge Unified Track & Field Team, which placed 4th overall at the Arizona Interscholastic Association Unified State Championships.

The Hawks ended the season with standout performances across multiple events:

  • 1st place in the Long Jump: Noah Burch and Kyle Gettings
  • 2nd in the Mixed 2x100: Noah Burch and Emily Grant
  • 2nd in the Mixed 2x400: Dawuan Irvin and Isaiah Chatman
  • 4th in the Mixed 4x100: Kairo Ceballos, Dawuan Irvin, Luke Fox, and Emily Grant

A great showing from the Hawks to wrap up a memorable season.
