Potter scores 16 as Jacksonville State beats Elon 78-53

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. — Led by Skyelar Potter’s 16 points, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks defeated the Elon Phoenix 78-53 on Tuesday night. The Gamecocks are now 2-2 on the season, while the Phoenix moved to 1-5.
