DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Led by Gerald Drumgoole Jr.’s 20 points, the Albany (NY) Great Danes defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 68-65 on Tuesday. The Great Danes are now 3-4 on the season, while the Blue Hose dropped to 1-5.
