Young leads Alabama St. past Grambling 78-75

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Trace Young had 21 points and 10 rebounds as Alabama State narrowly beat Grambling State 78-75. E.J. Clark added 20 points for the Hornets. Cameron Christon led Grambling with 21 points.
