EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. — Caleb Stone-Carrawell had a career-high 24 points as Austin Peay held off Southern Illinois-Edwardsville 68-64 in overtime. Courtney Carter led the Cougars on Thursday night with a career-high 21 points.
