Jackson leads East Carolina over Tulsa on late basket

TULSA, Okla. — Vance Jackson hit a 3-pointer with 24 seconds remaining to lift East Carolina to a 73-71 win over Tulsa on Tuesday night. Vance Jackson had 22 points to lead the Pirates. Jeriah Horne led the Golden Hurricane with 18 points.
