Vinson scores 24 to carry N. Kentucky over UIC 74-70 in OT

CHICAGO — Sam Vinson had a season-high 24 points as Northern Kentucky narrowly beat Illinois-Chicago 74-70 in overtime. Damaria Franklin led the Flames on Thursday night with 17 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
