Freidel lifts S. Dakota St. past George Mason 80-76

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Noah Freidel scored 25 points and South Dakota State beat George Mason 80-76. Baylor Scheierman added 21 points for the Jackrabbits. D’Shawn Schwartz led the Patriots with a career-high 29 points.
