Carius leads W. Illinois over Culver-Stockton 91-69

MACOMB, Ill. (AP) — Will Carius had 19 points as Western Illinois routed Culver-Stockton 91-69. Luka Barisic and Colton Sandage added 16 points each for the Leathernecks on Friday night. Alonzo Ortiz-Traylor led the Wildcats with 16 points.
