Imperial edges out Central in narrow IVL battle, Kofa gets their third win of the season matching their best win total since 2017, Brawley wins big game against University City Centurions.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - NBC's Friday Night Lights aired their eighth show during the seventh week of the high school football season.

The Imperial Tigers beat the Central Spartans 10-7 in what would be a defensive battle where the Tigers would hit a game winning field goal with less than one minute left.

The Kofa Kings got their third win of the season against the Somerton Toros, 32-0, matching their win total from their best season in the past eight years.

And the Brawley Wildcats defense swarmed the University City Centurions, only allowing seven points in a 14-7 victory for their second win of the season before they enter league play.
