Cardinals sign Trey McBride to extension for 4-years and $76 million dollars

The move makes McBride the leagues highest paid tight end following a a Pro Bowl season in 2024

GLENDALE, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Arizona Cardinals and TE Trey McBride have come to agreement on a four-year, $76 million dollar contract extension, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

It's a deal that makes McBride the highest paid tight end in NFL history.

The Colorado State product had a breakout year in 2024, totaling 111 receptions and 1,146 receiving yards, enough to earn his first Pro Bowl appearance.

McBride also ranked 11th in the league in receiving yards among all positions.
