Hawks boys tennis soars

Gila Ridge dominates Chandler

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Gila Ridge boys tennis team needed to bounce back after taking their 1st overall defeat at the hands of Mountain Ridge.

They would come through in dominating fashion against the Chandler Wolves, taking the overall 8-1 team victory.

Among the wins were Drew Tams and Blake Thomas' play in doubles.

Meanwhile, Jacob Takesuye took his own victory in the #2 singles match.

The Hawks will next play host to Maryvale next Tuesday.
