Padres swept at home

April 21st, 2021

SAN DIEGO, Calif., (KYMA, KECY) - Despite a strong pitching start for Dinelson Lamet, the San Diego Padres take the 4-2 loss to Milwaukee.

The series sweep of the Padres came after Dinelson left the game after 2 innings, due to tightness in his right forearm.

The relief pitching didn't do enough to protect the Friars early lead, as both Omar Narvaez and Jace Peterson hit home runs to put the Brewers up for good.

The Pads offense also struggled, suffering 13 strikeouts in the loss.

San Diego lost 5 of the 6 games in this home stand.
