YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - The 76th annual Yuma Jaycee's Silver Spur rodeo comes back to town this Friday through Sunday. The rodeo will follow COVID-19 guidelines and protocols but it shouldn't stop anyone from having a very good time
