Taylor Swift inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame

(NBC, KYMA) - Taylor Swift has been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame Wednesday.

The 36-year-old superstar just became one of the youngest inductees to the Hall ever.

A songwriter is eligible for the Hall once their first commercially released composition turns 20. Swift reached that threshold with her song "Tim McGraw," which turns 20 this year.

Swift will be officially inducted with the rest of the star-studded 2026 class on June 11 in New York City.
