Wink Martindale, TV game show host, dies at 91

LOS ANGELES (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Longtime television game show host Wink Martindale has died at the age of 91.

Flowers were placed on his Hollywood Walk of Fame star Tuesday evening in his memory. He received the star in 2006.

He is survived by his wife, sister, and three daughters along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Martindale became one of the most well-known and recognized television game show hosts of his generation by helming such programs as "Tic-Tac-Dough," "High Rollers" and "Trivial Pursuit."

No cause of death has been given.
