Cannes Film Festival 2021 preparations underway

(KYMA, KECY/NBC News) - Preparations are underway on the French Riviera for the return of the Cannes Film Festival. Director Spike Lee will head the jury that will decide the winner of the prestigious Palme d'Or Prize.
