Weather Authority/ KYMA

Tracking breezier conditions and cooler temperatures by the middle of the week to kick off the month of April. We will continue to stay breezy and see clouds throughout the workweek, with another warm-up arriving for Easter.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA-TV)- It's the final day of March! We are wrapping up the month with slightly cooler, but still warm temperatures.

Today is Day 1 for the Yuma County Fair! If you are heading out to the fair this evening, it will be cloudy and warm, with breezy conditions. Wind gusts will be between 10-20 MPH.

It's also been cloudy and slightly humid today, but no rain has made it to our area. However, there is slightly to no rain chances, we can get a light shower or sprinkle during our overnight hours.

A lower pressure will come from the north, bringing in slightly cooler temperatures and stronger winds by the middle of the week. No, these cooler temperatures are not a prank or joke for April Fools Day!

It will continue to be breezy throughout the week with gusts between 20-30 MPH across the Desert Southwest.

It will be a good idea to add an extra layer of hair spray or gel to your hair this week.

We will see a little more sunshine and clearer skies for the next few days, but lingering clouds will still be possible throughout the week. Temperatures will cool into the upper 80s starting Wednesday.

As we get ready to kick-off the month of April, I am tracking more seasonable temperatures and breezy conditions for the rest of the week! Nice weather for the Yuma County Fair!

Tracking our temperatures to heat back up for Easter and even warmer next week!

LOOKING AHEAD: An incoming warm-up will return very soon! Our temperature outlook is already showing well above-average for the next 6-10 days.
