Tracking warmer weather on the way

More clouds will return by the middle of the week, but no rain is expected. I am tracking a warming trend through the week, and we will be climbing into the 80s.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA-TV)- It's been a pleasant day with seasonable temperatures and clearer skies.

Heading into the evening we will have calm weather with chillier temperatures. Overnight lows will reach the mid and low 40s by the morning.

A ridge of high pressure will continue to build allowing our temperatures to keep warming up through the week and reaching above-normal levels.

Clouds will increase again for Wednesday, but no rain is coming with it. We will stay nice and dry for the next several days.

With the ongoing warming trend, daytime highs will eventually reach the 80s by the weekend. More above-normal warmth will continue into next week.

It's going to be a warm close to January and warm start to February.
