Tracking above-normal warmth for the rest of the week

Weather Authority/ KYMA

A ridge of high pressure isn't going anywhere just yet and will keep our temperatures unseasonably warm with dry conditions and plenty of sunshine.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA-TV)- It was another warm day, but our evening, of course, will cool down and eventually have overnight lows drop to the low 50s by Thursday.

A ridge of high pressure continues to stay in place for the region, keeping the Desert Southwest 10-15 degrees above normal.

No big changes are expected as our temperature outlook continues to show well above average temperatures even for next week.

Mostly clear skies and dry conditions are staying put through the weekend, with highs trending in the low 80s for now.

I am tracking 80s for the weekend, with slightly cooler and more clouds for the holiday.
