Tracking a slight cooling into Thursday
Temperatures will cool to the mid-80s by Thursday, this is still warmer than normal, but it's a nice change and break from the 90s.
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - You may have seen the full moon earlier this morning, but you can get another look at the Full Beaver Moon TONIGHT! Moonrise is at 5:44 pm MST in Yuma. This full moon will also be a supermoon, which means it will be the biggest and brightest moon of the year.
Take a look at some of these moon pictures that were sent in to us from our KYMA viewers.

Today is National Donut Day! If you are going to do some stargazing or go get a donut for dessert this evening, skies will be mostly clear and temperatures will be cool with light winds.

Dry and quiet weather will continue for the next several days, plus we have a slight cooling trend into Thursday. Even though we are going to be a little bit cooler, but it’s still above average for early November.

The coolest day of the week will be this Thursday as highs will be in the mid 80s. Even though we are still warmer than normal, it is nice to get a little cooldown after being in the 90s since last week. We will also continue to have lots of sunshine with light winds for the rest of the week.
I am tracking clouds early next week and afternoons staying warm. We do have another cool-down late next week, where our daytime highs will dip down into the low 80s and overnight lows in the mid to low 50s by next Thursday.

LOOKING AHEAD: With the high moisture creating an atmospheric river in the Pacific Northwest, a lower pressure system may bring us some above-normal rainfall by the middle of the month.
This is still too far out and still has lots of uncertainties, but I will keep tracking and bring more updates.
