Tracking near-average temperatures this week with some winds on the way

It's going to be a warm and sunny week ahead. We may see a few passing clouds, but we will stay dry with slightly breezier conditions for Wednesday.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Today we afternoon highs in the 90s, which is just a few degrees above-normal.

The evening, will be nice and cool with calm conditions. Great evening to spend time on the patio, go for a walk, or maybe even the park.

Tracking a weather system off toward the west for now, but it will keep our temperatures near to slightly above-normal this week, but we will have breezier conditions for Wednesday.

Winds will increase starting Wednesday afternoon and will carry through the evening where winds will be coming from the west and north west with gusts between 20-30 MPH.

More clouds are expected tomorrow, but we still have plenty of sunshine throughout the week. Daytime highs will stay warm with cool overnights.

It will be breezier for Wednesday and then it's calmer winds for the rest of the week. This weekend is looking warm, but pleasant.

Don't forget the Bridget's Gift concert is at Cocopah Casino this Saturday night at 7 pm. Tickets are still available.
