Suspect arrested following shooting at a resort in Reno
RENO, Nev. (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Several people were injured Monday when shots rang out in the parking lot of the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.
"We don't have an exact count yet, and we have a variety of different levels of injuries, so we're trying to ensure that we have everybody accounted for before we provide that information as to how many victims there were in this. also, we do have some people that self transported to the hospital that left the scene, so we're trying to make sure that we have their have everybody accounted for and an exact idea of exactly what happened."

Police responded to calls of an active shooter at the resort early Monday morning. Officers were able to locate a suspect and took the suspect into custody.
The shooting happened outside the building, mainly in the valet area and in the parking lot.
Police have not yet released the number of victims involved or their conditions, nor have they named the suspect in the shootings.
However, the suspect, described as an adult man, was taken to the hospital after being placed in custody following an officer-involved shooting, according to the Chief Kathryn Nance with the Reno Police Department.
