Verdict reached in second Lori Vallow Daybell trial

PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY/NBC) - After deliberation, a jury has reached a verdict in Lori Vallow Daybell's second trial.

Vallow Daybell has been found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.

In this case, Lori Vallow Daybell was accused of conspiring with her brother, Alex Cox, to kill her niece's ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux.

Investigators believe Cox tried to shoot Boudreaux outside his home in Gilbert in October 2019. Boudreaux wasn't injured and even testified against Valllow Daybell in this case.

Daybell represented herself during the trial and pleaded not guilty. She rested her case on Wednesday afternoon without calling a witness or presenting evidence.
