Staying breezy with nice and cool temperatures

Breezy conditions will persist through the rest of the workweek with comfortable temperatures. Thankfully, I am tracking a calm and seasonable Easter weekend ahead.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Breezy and windy conditions will continue through this evening with gusts 20-35 MPH with stronger winds and dust in Imperial County.

There's a Wind Advisory for the southwest corner of Imperial County until 6 a.m. Friday for the southwest corner of Imperial County for gusts up to 55 MPH.

An Air Quality Alert is in effect through Friday for the majority of Imperial County due to gusty winds creating widespread dust.

This unsettled weather pattern will result in periods of breezy to locally windy conditions for the rest of the workweek.

Once this system exits, a quick warmup back to near and above seasonal temperatures will return for Easter weekend and into early next week.
