City of San Luis remove property tax initiative following community feedback
SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The City of San Luis has voted not to move forward with a property tax initiative.
The San Luis mayor and council say they will not be proceeding with the initiative that was originally planned to be on the ballot for May 20, 2025.
A press release says this decision was made after consideration of the city's budget and community feedback.
The City’s Public Affairs Office encourages the community to discuss future initiatives.
