Accused Foothills Walmart robber to get one single plea deal for all charges

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The suspect who Yuma police say led them on a chase that ended with a rollover crash appeared in court.

29-year-old Antonio Gutierrez-Ceballos is facing several criminal charges…

Including armed robbery, aggravated assault and theft of a Chevy Silverado.

Police say he fled the crime scene after allegedly stealing a toolbox and two TV's from the Foothills Walmart earlier this year.

Police caught up with him two days after the robbery and pursued him before he rolled over in the stolen truck.

For that, he is being charged with an additional six counts including theft criminal damage and unlawful flight.

The court is combining all charges, so he's expected to receive one single plea offer in January.
