El Centro police find injured man after call about shots fired

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The El Centro Police Department says a man was found after receiving reports of shots fired on West State Street.

At about 2:00 a.m. on July 27, police were called about a shooting and upon arrival on scene, a gun was found along with a man who appeared to be injured.

The man was detained for questioning and then later released.
