Hurricane Agatha touches down and makes landfall in Mexico

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - A Category 2 hurricane made landfall in southern Mexico Monday afternoon.

Hurricane Agatha brought with it winds of 105 miles per hour.

Agatha is expected to continue to produce strong winds and flooding rains as it moves inland over the next 24 hours.
