Shots fired on Maple Avenue in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma Police Department says officers responded to a report of shots fired on Maple Avenue on Friday, April 29.

At about 9:33 a.m., officers investigated a shot that was fired from an apartment.

Witnesses say a white four door car was seen leaving the area on Maple Avenue.

No injuries were reported.

A suspect was contacted by YPD in regards to the case.

The 35-year-old male was arrested and later released pending further investigation.
